38 Talent Ltd is an entertainment company that develops creative talent and manages music assets. We are responsible for the information collected through this site. 02What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the entry form:

• Contact details — your name, email, phone number, city and country.
• Entry details — your artist and legal name, the video you submit, the song performed, and your social and streaming profiles.
• Technical basics — standard information your browser sends when you load the page, handled by our hosting provider.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as government ID numbers or payment card details.

03How we use it

• To review your entry and, if accepted, publish your video (see section 5).
• To contact you about your entry, the Auditions, and the results.
• To keep records of entries and meet our legal obligations.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in running the Auditions. Where the law requires a different basis, we apply it.

04Where your information is held

We use trusted third-party providers to run this site — to host it, to temporarily store your video while we review it, and to publish accepted videos. Your information passes through their systems. These providers may process data outside your country, and we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it.

05Your video

If your entry is accepted, we can publish your video on any 38 Talent related social media platforms.

06Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We may publish your accepted video on any 38 Talent related social media platforms, share your information with service providers as needed to run the Auditions, and disclose it where we are legally required to. We may also talk publicly about your performance, your artist name, and other details of your submission, including on our social media platforms. We may share aggregated, non-identifying figures (such as total entries).

07How long we keep it

We keep entry information for as long as needed to run the audition and meet our legal obligations. Published videos remain on YouTube unless we remove them.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to correct your information. For questions, email info@38talent.com.

09Children

This site is intended for people aged 18 or over. Anyone under 18 may only enter with the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a minor has submitted information without that consent, contact us and we'll remove it.

10Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
